We are not General Contractors. We have the skills and knowledge to complete all stages of the projects from start to finish. We rarely bring in other trades, which makes us more efficient and reduces the number of different people in your home.
We minimize disruptions by working with and around your household needs.
We provide weekly invoicing and regular status reports to ensure we stay on the same page so that all costs and any issues that may arise are fully transparent.
We are pet and family friendly. We’ve raised five kids and have had numerous pets. We know they require special consideration while renovating your home.

Steve Baines, Owner & Operator
Steve grew up in rural Alberta working on farms and doing construction work from a young age. After University and over the course of his 20+ years in the construction industry, he has become an expert in many aspects of residential construction. He has won awards, sat on National, Provincial and local home building and sustainable building boards and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and practical skills along the way.
Home renovations involve a lot of problem solving and require an understanding of the complete building process from the ground up. Steve enjoys using his creativity, problem solving skills and knowledge to help home owners transform their homes into something beautiful, functional, safe and sustainable.
